"Purchased Hauppage TV Card, MCE Remote, etc.
Excellent shipping. Unfortunately I had to return a piece of hardware, and the return process was flawless. The owner of the store actually emailed me and asked if I would like any free tech support before the return. Not pushy at all. VERY HELPFUL.
I RECOMMEND A+++!!
