"I ordered the Pentair SuperFlo Pump to replace my Hayward Challenger on Mon. 7/8/2013. My order was placed on hold because the ship to and the bill to city did not match, which the Pool Store considers possible fraud or identity theft. I replied to their E-Mail confirming the cross over of the cities and they replied that they had shipped the pump. I applaud The Pool Store for being vigilant of credit card fraud and even with this delay I received the pump that Friday aternoon (7/12/2013) installed and running Saturday afternoon. I Couldn't be more pleased with the Pool Store service and the performance of the Pentair SupeFlo Pump."
