"They are excellent! From customer service to shipment! I just ordered a router last friday and received it on Monday! It could be because I am just located right in California but still, I absolutely enjoyed how they updated me with every detail and process that my order was going through. I felt really assured that my order would be going to me in perfect condition every time. I sometimes still feel that I can find even lower prices elsewhere, but I always end up sticking with Newegg. :) By the way, I still do not really get their motto. "Once you know, you Newegg" ..."

"Although one of my friends is having a horrible experience with her Ipad2's shipment, I've personally had received pretty good service from MacConnection. I highly recommend using their Live Chat to speak with a customer service representative, they were really helpful with my purchase! I placed an initial order for 1 Ipad2 with a cover and I was told it would be shipped in about two weeks (April 1st) due to their backorder. Before it was April 1st, I received an email stating that my order is being processed and shipped! I was really happy and surprised! I decided to order 2 more. MacConnection honestly has the rudest ladies on the phones. I just honestly dislike speaking with them. When I called in to verify about my first order, the lady actually hung up on me just because I wasn't going to be placing an order with her. My second order was actually placed over their Live Chat feature. I believe this was possible because I already had an order with them so they could just add to my order. The Live Chat staff told me my order was going to be out immediately the following day! I couldn't believe him because it just sounded too good to be true. He was not lying! I received my tracking number immediately the next morning I woke up! All in all, I had a great experience at Macconnection, except with the rude ladies on the phone, avoid them at all cost."

"My very first laptop for college was purchased from Dell and although I've dropped my laptop off my bunk bed (about 5 feet high), it is still in great working condition after 5 years! Although the drop busted my keyboard and internal speakers in the laptop... I was (so were my friends) super surprised that nothing extremely tragic happened to the critical electronics in the laptop. Dell is for sure a TANK! I recently purchased over $1k work of computer parts as a birthday gift for my brother. He was going to assemble his own computer for the very first time! Everything was great but the customer service was seriously lacking. From a major company like Dell, I really expected a lot better from the customer service department. My package was delayed in shipment because the person who printed my shipping label from Dell did not include my street address and only included my company's name, city and state. Absolutely ridiculous! Good thing my brother's birthday is not until June or I would've been really upset. Also, I was unable to understand any of their customer representatives! The conversation almost sounded like how a duck and chicken would've conversed!"
