"The rep was helpful in selecting a product. I requested a 10% discount and after reaching out to his manager (for an extended time), he did get approval to give me the discount.
UNFORTUNATELY - it wasn't until I received the order receipt by email 20 minutes after the call / purchase that I could see that he applied a $10 discount and NOT the 10% as promised.
I called the rep back immediately and left a message - have NOT received a return call yet nor have I received the price adjustment."
