"Made an order with State Line Tack recently. As soon as I received shipping notification I noticed that the package was going to the wrong address. I immediately called them and talked with a rep about the problem. They said they would send the info up their chain of command and that i'd get a call back. I never got that call and the package was returned to the sender.
When i discovered this, i called them again to find what they were going to do now. Their whole attitude was that it wasn't a big deal that they hadn't called me back or tried to fix the problem and that i should just order again. no doubt I'll be doing that, BUT NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!"
