Rakuten resellers play BAIT AND SWITCH without consequence - Buyer beware!
"Rakuten resellers play Bait and Switch without consequence. They are advertising this HX890 at $96.00 and switching models when clicking on the link. I almost bought the wrong and inferior model!
I feel Rakuten is obligated to fulfill the promise at that advertised price.
They responded they don't control their retailers - this is nonsense - Amazon controls their merchants, even eBay controls their merchants! After an exchange of 7 emails with Rakuten there was no satisfaction.
Buyer beware!

"Verrrry slow delivery. Missed a birthday. Poor communication. Poorly packaged. Price no better than Amazon. I would be reluctant to use them again."
