They sell parts they don't really have.
"I needed a replacement rim for my truck. I ordered that rim and some steering stabilizer shocks. A few days after my order was placed, I get an email saying that my order was cancelled because the rim is backordered. I asked if they could have it shipped from somewhere else or if they knew when they'd get more. The response was that they didn't have any. I told them that I understood they didn't have any and asked if it was just backordered or if they were discontinued. No response. I'm still waiting for my refund but it appears to be processing. I'd really like to get the rim that matches the set I already have on my truck so I don't have to buy all 4."
