"Extremely satisfied with all aspects of this company. I have purchased 3 HVAC systems from Alpine in the past 7 years with never a problem. The shipping is fast and they do what they say they will do. Support after the purchase is exemplary. And the prices are the best, without tax and free shipping to boot. What more can I say."

"They do not show shipping and handling costs at checkout so you are left trusting them. I did receive the part in reasonable time and it was the correct part but their business practices are unacceptable to say the least. I would suggest that you call them to get the total cost before you order so you are not surprised."
