"The 2 tires I purchased were delivered within the time frame J&P promised. I had to send one of them back because of an error on my part. The return process was very easy. I especially liked the feature of having the shipping label automatically printed out. I had a concern when the label showed the tire at 23# when it was only 12# but when the bill came through I was only charged for the lower weight. Great job!!"
