"I placed my order with boats.net as I have in the past and was notified of a back order with a ship date of
12-15 On the 16th I still didn't recieve notice of shipment so I called and customer service told me it was being pulled and would ship that day. Thursday 12-18 rolls around and still no notice of shipment. So I e-mail customer service and long story short it finally shipped on the evening of 12-18 Now mind you all the communication was initiated from my end so that was frustrating. I needed the parts asap so the three extra days from the back order date with no notification was frustrating. I just checked on the shipment that was sent priority mail and it left Atlanta GA. lastnight and I am in NH. and that is frustrating. boats.net has good prices and through my past experience with them I had no issues but this time I was very let down."
"Products are good, easy to order but sometimes I don't get them fast enough and I have had alot of incomplete orders due to backorders. Now that is generally not a problem if I am made aware of it. After I check my order in and find I am missing parts with no explanation there is no way to find out what happened on the web site because it shows the order shipped and delivered. Noe-mails sent to say sorry for the inconvenience but we are back ordered on your part and we will send it right along as we get it in. Also the packing list is hard to read because it is printed on the same side of the paper as the return policy. JSE offers good pricing and good products and if they can get these couple details worked out I would be satisfied as a customer."
