"In the years since net sales have made parts for our computers so much cheaper, and easier to obtain, there have been many of these stores to come and go. Yet, there is only ONE, that has come, made a HUGE splash with their very competitive prices, and WORLD class customer service, and NOT left, but stayed with us, and continued to not only sell us the parts we need, but assist in so many other ways. I have had issues with MANY of the other stores on the net, and have mentioned them, here in resellerratings. And, then comes NEWEGG.com. And, when it comes to the best customer service on the net, or off, theirs is the FIRST name to come up. I pray that no reason will come up that will make them go the way of their peers. Not, that they really have any peers. They, are in a class of their own. I have made MANY purchases from them, and, I have not ALWAYS been happy, but, I KNEW all I have to do, was to give them a call, or shoot them an email, and all would be handled. And, handled well and quickly. EVEN if said issue, was NOT their fault, they handle it, and make the customer happy. I just finished making a great mistake again, and buying from the CHEAPEST place on the net, MISTAKE. OK, Newegg was a couple dollars more, BUT, when I got the part I ordered from THIS PLACE I can't name, I found out, that there is NO warranty. NONE. ZERO manufacturers warranty. I WISH I had done that which I KNEW I should have done, and bought said part from Newegg. THEN, there is NO DOUBT, I would have recieved a NEW part, with a full manufacturers warranty, OR if it was a refurb. part, or "Open Box", I would Have KNOWN this FAR before I clicked "BUY NOW". In conclusion, I will buy exclusively from Newegg, and save myself All the emails, the phone calls to a NON 800 phone number, and, all the aggravation when they tell me, sorry, that's our policy. GOD, how many times have I, and so many others heard THAT. But, NOT from Newegg. SO, do yourself a favor, and stay with the Egg."

"I had ZERO problems when buying from Directron, BUT, NEVER< NEVER have a problem. They advertise, that they have a ONE YEAR WARRANTY on most products. MY ASUS motherboard, HAD that one year warranty. It had a problem with the CPU socket, Pins were noticed to be "STUCK" outside, after CPU was removed to replace heatsink. I called them, they said SURE no problem send it in on an RMA. THEN the problems started. NO emails to tell me what was happening. FORGET trying to call, they are ALWAYS busy, they SAY leave a message and they will call back. AFTER 11 messages on 11 different days NO CALL BACK. Then to EMAIL. THEY REFUSE to answer that ALSO. Finally, I called the SALES department, of course they ANSwered that extension, and I talked the idiot there into transferring me to RMA's. THEN it happened. I COULD NOT get ANYBODY who spoke recognizable ENGLISH. I speak EIGHT languages, and they obviously, spoke ONE, Gibberish! I tried to get an English speaking person NO GOOD. ALL I could get out of this PERSON, was that No Warranty, NO warranty, u get boar bak. NOW, I DON'T know WHERE my board is. NOBODY will answer emails again. AND, I can't get through on PHONE AT ALL. STAY FAR AWAY. STAY VERY FAR AWAY. THERE ARE PLENTLY of Honest places out there, that do NOT put you through this type of crap."

"JUST lke the other 2 reviewers That posted reviews, I was NOT told how MUCH shipping charges would be. AFTER the product arrived, they told me, It is on every page. Great, I am blind, I have a program that "reads my page for me". It didn't find it. Finally, my wife came in, and looked over the page from top to bottom could not find it, and, I TOLD them so. When I first got the transformer, a 110 to 220 step up transformer, 200 watt, for a small 51 watt pump, I told them it looked good, it was quite heavy, I figured it was mostly transformer weight. OK, I was wrong. When the pump was hooked up, 1/4 of transformer rating, the unit heated up, and SMOKED. I have written them 6 emails to date, they WILL NOT answer email. Oh, finally, my wife found the shipping charge they talked about, their was a "shipping" link on the very bottom of the page, right in the middle of about 25 links, such as "contact", about, home, what we do, return policy and things such as that. And, it was set at a # 8 font. Maximum. It was JUST barely readable to a SIGHTED person. To a blind person, with Text reading software, it was Unreadable. The software, was not even able to read the small print. When we found it, it only listed each "series" of transformers, and, BOTH times I bought a transforer, they were what they called 200 series, or 200 watt tranformers. The shipping sheet said they were 10$ dollars shipping, and, still does. But, I was charged 12$ shipping, BOTH TIMES. AGAIN, they wILL NOT anwer any emails I send. I am WORN out trying to contact them. I've tried calling, till I am NOT wasting ANY more money on them. SO, I figured, I'll hopefully, get their attention here!"

"I have been ordering things from DangerDen for a good long while now, I finally had a problem, THAT is what tells the good companies, from the bad, Besides the Quality of the goods, Which, if made by DangerDen, the quality, is guaranteed. They make THE BEST. And, they make some item, that no one else has EVER even thought of, Like the filiport, and filiport Reservoir. I recieved a package, that was short a fitting, no big thing. But, I paid for it, so, I wrote an email, and told them what had happened. Then, for no particular reason, I followed it up with a phone call. A VERY nice lady answered the phone, and, I recieved TWO High flow fittings Via 2 day mail, in TWO days. THAT is the mark of a Company that cares about it's customers. Great products, and great customer service."

"You ALWAYS find out, HOW good a store is, when something goes wrong. I had ZERO problems with Ewiz, UNITL SOMETHING WENT WRONG. I had a motherboard go bad 2 weeks after It got here. It took multiple emails, and griping, to find out HOW to get it RMA'd. IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to find a EMAIL address for this place. AND, forget about a phone numnber. I had to just FLOOD them with email to all the common email addresses that most stores use. I finally hit it, and got an answer back,and was directed as to HOW to get an RMA. THE board got BACK there on the 10th of DEC. 34 days after purchase. BUT, I had been incontact with them for more than a week earlier trying to GET that RMA, SO, they KNEW there was a problem BEFORE the 30 days point. So, I was TOLD by Ewiz employee that it WOULD be handled as under 30 as I had been in contact with them, prior to that 30 day point. WHEN the motherboard got back to Ewiz, they DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT IT. They sent me an email, saying it would have to be done by ASUS, since it was OVER 30 days. IT does not matter to them, that they are breaking the law, OR that they tell me, a disabled veteran, that wonder of wonders, I am NOT disabled. BUT, I MUST BE A LIAR AND FAKER. ODD these nearly 40 Years since Vietnam, NO pre pubescent KID has EVER had the GALL to tell me, that I was faking getting nailed by a 155 mm Artillery round. So, they are NOT taking care of my motherboard, 275$ down the dump. PLEASE< PLEASE do NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE. THEIR prices CAN be matched, AND, there ARE people out there, that WILL stand BEHIND their warranties, and NOT tell you that you are a liar. THIS place deserves to be shut down. And, I am proceeding to a showdown with them as we speak, through ADA (Amerciancs with Disabilities ACT), and, the Disabled American Veterans."
