Going downhill.
"Haband started going downhill when they stopped their credit card division. That was an excellent part of the company. Their sales were drawing older customers, especially me, and new customers. Now they have gone and hooked up with Blair, and they do not have any of the great pants they had. I ordered some pants to see if they fit as well as the other pants will; if they don't, I will not return to Blair again. I was a faithful shopper of Haband, and it is a shame what they did,"
