Suspicious practices to forfeit your item.
"This online auction was reputable when it was handled by the city itself. No city employees are allowed to bid on items yet "former" police officer with a police officer salary was able to buy auction rights. They don't have immediate customer service. They prolong any service for up to 48 hours in an attempt to make you forfeit your item because the only service they provide is through email. If you don't pay attention to your email for a day or more, most likely they will underhandedly steal your item and money. BEWARE AND PLEASE BELIEVE THIS RATING. I TOOK THEM TO COURT AND I GOT MY MONEY BACK 6 MONTHS LATER! IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE! GO WITH EBAY OR AMAZON!"
