Jacqueline did great!!!
"I called to get clarification of floor liner fitment for my Explorer. Jacqueline clearly explained the differences in the products I was considering. She made it easy to make the decision to get the Exact-Fit. Also, I was unsure of the seating option choices and she helped with that. She explained the discount that was available to me and the shipping schedule. She should be recognized and rewarded for doing a great job. Maybe give her a paid day off and don't forget to buy her lunch."
