Horrible Customer Service
"I have been trying to get a refund back from them for over 3 months! I returned the merchandise within the allotted timeframe and they mentioned to my bank that I bought a customized piece. Nothing about these ear rings are custom, these were ordered directly from the site. When I reached out to them they said they couldn't talk to me because I had a dispute with them."
