"Vantz and Don are the best. I received prompt service at a very reasonable rate, on the repair of my sons laptop. We had to have the charger and plug-in for the charger replaced after it was knocked of his bed. They also upgraded it to windows 7 from vista and it runs faster and better than ever!

"My son ordered SOCOM W/ HEADSET for a very reasonable price. We recieved the item in a timely manner however it was missing the headset. I wrote to Kristina at Bull Moose and told her of our plight and she was very appologetic and offered a full refund and let my son keep the game missing the headset.
Well to my surprise and delight Kristina, emailed me on 02/09/09 to tell me she had a game and headset returned and would be more than happy to send it out to us at no charge, it hadn't been check so she wasnt sure the condition, she said she had remembered my email and if I hadn't bought one for it she would send this one right away again no charge. We received it the other day and it works fabulously. I would recommend this company with the highest regard. Kristina's personal care was outstanding!!!! KUDOS to Bull Moose and Kristina."

"I ordered 2 computers from ibuypower online. Called there customer service, spoke to Danny who was most helpful with completing my order. BTW-I have enough knowledge to be dangerous to myself. My son is my pc guru. SO, we were actually on 3way with Danny. Danny and my son fine tuned my order to meet all my expectation. I recieved my order Thurs. 11/06/08 well within the delivery promise date. Man it was so easy to hook them up. One small glitch was the monitor cord. Called Tech support spoke to Jonathan who was most knowledgeable fixed us right up and we were on line. Of course I had to call my son to help me connect the router and get the networking going. I would most assuredly shop at ibuy again. However, let's hope I have what will meet my needs for years to come =) Thanks Danny and Jonathan"
