"Order a Irock Superman keyboard + mouse with $10 rebate from Clubit and 14.99 from PCUSA. Clubit sent $10 check on 05-24-08 then email came immediately after receiving check to tell me that Clubit is in the process of switching banks and do not cash check--a new one will be issued. I waited and waited and by surfing the web, I just found out that Clubit filed bankruptcy on 05-14-08. RIPOFF!!! Also, can't seem to get my $14.99 check from PCUSA. DOUBLE RIPOFF!!! Someone ought to be going to jail."

"Buy.com get an 'F' for customer service. This pertains to an order placed 02-06-07, almost a year ago. The item purchased was a Coolmax 500W powersupply that came with a $28 rebate. The rebate was mailed 3 days after receiving the item. Two months later, after checking online for rebate status, I discover that rebate was rejected for "Missing material, not using mailing label". What the hell does that mean? I fulfilled all my obligations. Coolmax won't even consider validating the submission; and repeated calls (almost once a month) to Buy.com customer service has yielded only a response of "customer service will forward complaint to rebate specialist". That must be the standard answer. They also promise that someone will contact me by phone or email. Not once did anyone contact me. I've been a very good customer of Buy.com over the years but their uncaring attitude has done it for me. Threats of posting negative comments and reporting them to the State Attorney General doesn't phase them. I'm also tired of being put on hold for 30 minutes to an hour each time."

"Ordered 2 wrong socket type CPU's from this vendor and was told to submit RMA online, especially since I never opened and never broke the seal on either box. After filling out information online, Ajump then emailed me to tell me that it does not accept CPU's for refund returns. Calls to Ajump would not change their minds. This is the only company I've ever dealt with that has this ridiculous no-return policy on new CPU's that were never used. Furthermore, this no-return CPU policy is not made clear at time of ordering. A waste of my time and money to do business with this company. Never again...."

"Purchased 2 printers the weekend of 01-08 and canceled same weekend. Seller ignored my numerous phone calls and emails (placed several days in a row) to cancel and shipped items anyway. Seller wouldn't even answer phone during the week. Seller never called or email me back in return."
