"This company is garbage, I ordered a sub box for my truck on Christmas Eve it is now Jan 22 2013 and I still dont have my box, what happend was I ordered the wrong box but then I realized it was the wrong one an hour later so I sent an email explaining my mistake and telling them wich one I need; what do these idiots do? they go ahead and send me the one I just canceled and say the one I requested is out of stock until mid January, so I send the wrong item back to them and tell them to give me a refund and they say they dont do refunds on boxes. Are you kidding me? You charge my card after I cancel the order and then send me the wrong item and I cant get a refund? This is a joke right? So im still waiting, this company is a rip off and they also; I call and call and call and I cant get anyone on the phone, you can wait on hold for an hour and not get anyone. By far the worst company Ive ever dealt with..."
