"I ordered a telephone on 01/03 and until 01/06 I did not receive anything. However I had to receive it at the end of April. After several reminders to request a refund, Rakuten customer service responds to me "the carrier indicates to us that they are unable to find the package corresponding to the tracking number used by your seller. Your order was therefore most certainly lost during its shipment. We will request an investigation from the carrier. I have also requested that you be reimbursed. "
Despite this they rejected a day after my complaint and today leaves me with no response to my messages, no refund and awaiting a package that has never been shipped according to the order tracking info!"
