Campsaver exceeded expectations
"I read a lot of negative reviews here, but decided to give them a try as they appeared to have a lot of stock on an Arcteryx hoodie I wanted and their outlet price was great. Ordered on a Saturday evening - item arrived on Wednesday to Montana even with their value free shipping option. Item was in new condition - will consider them for more purchases."

"I've ordered from Coolerguys in the past and gotten some pretty cool stuff. They have some great custom cabinet cooling solutions that I've used for my server room that are one of a kind and just done right. Recently I ordered some cables for my PC - a couple of them had an issue and they immediately took care of it. Thanks Coolerguys - I highly recommend you to all my friends."

"I ordered from Corsair's online store at corsair.com. I was looking for the Commander Mini Link which had been announced some time ago, but is no where to be found online anywhere except at corsair.com. I didn't think they actually had it in stock either but thought I had nothing to lose. Well a brief 2 days later it showed up, works great, and does exactly what I need. Will order from Corsair again - they are my favorite brand for computer components."

"I was a little wary of ordering from Performance PC from some of the recent ratings here. They were the only vendor that showed inventory for some very specific cables I was looking for so thought I'd give them a chance. Everything turned out great: prices were great, shipping was immediate which got my items here super quickly as in 2 days with USPS priority, items arrived well-packed. I've placed another order now that I know they can be trusted to deliver high quality components without hassle which also went out same day. They specialize in a lot of obscure parts so its nice to know that they are out there."

"First order with frozencpu this week. When you are building a high end PC - you tend to be very picky with the cabling and components. Frozencpu had exactly what I was looking for - nice clean sata extensions which I could not find elsewhere. I ordered on a Friday and selected USPS first class - the order arrived on Monday across the country. Now I know this had to be some sort of USPS shipping fluke to get it here so fast BUT it also meant FrozenCPU got my order packed up and shipped immediately after I ordered it. I can't tell you the number of time other vendors have sat on an order for several days before shipping. Thanks FrozenCPU!"

"Newegg is the first place I look for computer components. While I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars there in the last couple years, I've never had any reason or incident that required me to talk to customer service until today. Recently I purchased 2 high end video cards and was frustrated that the day after my purchase a new bundle offer became available for a free game. I called pretty much convinced that I was going to be told there was nothing that could be done, etc etc... But instead I got a real person on the phone... Andrew J was totally helpful, totally understood what I was saying immediately and took care of the situation. So now Newegg has a face to me (or at least a voice). I don't think companies recognize how critical the people on the phone are as they basically are the company to the customer. Anyway - thanks Newegg, thanks Andrew. I hope not to need to call customer service again but its a relief knowing that if I do there are real people that I can talk to."

"Awesome price on 4gb MacBook Air 2010 11.6 screen. After placing order their credit department wanted to confirm I was who I said I was by calling me at my work number. There was no upsell or anything strange though and they delivered before I expected. Will do business again."
