"I bought JVC GRD33 camcorder from J&R for my sister. I have bought the same one from digitalliquidators.com couple of months ago. The experience with J&R was as it should be - I placed the order on the Web, asked for UPS ground shipping, received the camcorder in 5 business days and I paid exactly what I was quoted while ordering.
With some other resellers, I had to call them back after ordering, had to talk to a rude rep, paid some additional insurance, and more for shipping and handling than what I was quoted initially to get the camcorder after 10 business days.
I think I know where I am going to shop in the future."
