I have used newegg for over seven years. This RAM wouldn't work so I sent it back for RMA refund. I have always had good customer service in the past, not this time. Newegg claims that the package was empty. It was not. They also say it was delivered unopened. I have pictures of the RAM that I packed and returned and proof of FedEx delivery. It was packaged exactly as they sent it originally to me. They suggested that I contact FedEx. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he would not give me an RMA credit. I am out shipping cost two ways and I got NO refund.
Something has changed at the egg. Buyer beware if you have to return something."
