"The website was easy to access and I had no trouble placing my order. I ordered a gift certificate for my son's birthday. I've not yet received the certificate, however. I went back out to the website and verified the certificate has been sent, I just don't have it yet (I placed my order on 9/14/12). Luckily, my son's birthday is still a couple of weeks away, so it shouldn't cause any problem."
