"So, I ordered my first outfit. The clothes arrived as promised, but they fit like "Compression" style clothing. So...I returned them. No hassle, no complaints. I then waited for the return to get processed, which took a week or so. Then I called in to talk with Customer Service about making sure the replacement outfit would not need to be returned for fit issues... Just got the new outfit today and the shirt works great, but the shorts were made for a much bigger person. I ordered the large since the customer service agent said they would run a 1/2 size too small. Big mistake! They are HUGE. Perhaps they were mislabled? Anyway, the material feels like quality and the shirt was great! Maybe we will get it right this time?"

"The boots had very poor descriptions and definitely disappointed as a gift. We were also unhappy with their attempt to hide a membership fee in the fine print of the order. The selection of alternative shoes was also a little different than that of my wife's conservative taste."
