If your customers can't get the great items what's the point?
"JP uses FedEx for their free 2 day shipping if you pay for the membership.
What's the point of selling great products at fair prices if your customers can't get their purchases or receive damaged items because JP uses THE WORST SHIPPING SERVICE FEDEX.
When you absolutely, positively don't need it at all use FedEx.
UPDATE: After finding my package they got it to the final stop before delivering it on Saturday night but still won't deliver it til Tuesday. 2 day delivery actually taking 12 days and FedEx could care less.
Any company that professes to value their customers but use FedEx really doesn't give 2 **** about their customers.
It's all about the dollars."

"Morris did a great job but they use FedEx which sucks. In true FedEx form they delivered my stuff to a guy a street over who was honest. If not it would have been a problem. I do a lot of ordering online and FedEx is always the slowest or a problem, I don't know how they've stayed in business. Morris should use a shipper that can keep up with their great service."
