"Ordered a Logitech USB keyboard & mouse via Amazon.com (ironically, they did not advertise the item on their own site). The price was the lowest on the Internet -- and I did comparison shopping. The shipping was ultra fast, the item was well packaged and in good condition, and they communicated well. Very positive experience. Highly recommended."

I bought a couple Nexus quiet fans via PayPal. Jab-Tech had the best overall pricing of several sites -- I did some comparison shopping. I ordered on July 4 (a national holiday). It was delivered by FedEx on Saturday, July 7 at 9am. That is about as fast of a turnaround that you will find. It was well-packaged too. I order nearly everything (except food) online and this was seemless. I will purchase from them again!"

"They took my order, sent my order confirmation, and then cancelled the order. Their database does not track their stock, which is lame for an online vendor. Not recommended!"

"I have ordered two things from them -- Corsair DDR2 RAM and a Corsair HX620 power supply -- in two separate transactions. The prices were very good, they ship for free, they ship quickly, they let customers know when items ship (via email), and the package comes quickly and well packaged. Needless to say, I am very happy with my transactions. EDIT: my girlfriend ordered something from them and they completely boofed the order. First, their online processing of her credit card did not work properly, so she used Paypal. Then they called her to confirm her address on her credit card. She called back, but they did NOT answer the phones, and they did not get back to her despite that she had left multiple messages. She cancelled the order, and she received a confirmation of the cancellation, but they charged her anyway. She got the charge taken off via Paypal, but her original credit card charge is still pending. Quite a mess. The moral of the story is that you should probably use Paypal up front; do NOT use their online credit card processing because the system is not very robust. More importantly, do not order from them if you foresee needing to interact with their customer service -- they have no customer service. Stick to NewEgg if you want customer service."

"I bought a gigabit ethernet notebook card and a cat6 cable. Excellent prices, reasonable shipping costs, and fast shipping. No complaints! It was an excellent transaction.
I purchase most of my computer stuff online, and I have bought from endless vendors. I took a shot on eWiz and they delivered perfectly.

"I am very pleased with this purchase. The price was easily the best available on the Internet (I conducted multiple comparison engine searches). When I originally ordered the item (a KitchenAid ProLine Burr Grinder), the delivery lagged and I cancelled the order. They promptly cancelled the order and offered me a $15.00 credit in my next order as a way of apologizing for the delay. When I ordered later, they applied the $15.00 credit. The shipping was very fast, and the packing was excellent. The interface of their site is not the best, but they offer genuine customer service, they ship quickly (if they have the item), and their prices are awesome. Very pleasant experience. Excellent vendor!"
