"I got the Chegg subscription to help with a class that I was having some issues keeping up in. At first I thought $21 a month wasn't bad, but then once I realized that there was more wrong answers and info than correct ones, I started second guessing things. I went to cancel this morning and found they had already charged me for another month of subscription today. I talked to customer service and they said that there was no refund possible but that I would have access to the service for another month. I told them that I didn't need or want the service for another month, but their response was there's nothing they can do about refunding the money they just took out of my account this morning."
