"I went to the trouble to find out what model my Rollator Walker was and carefully read what the description of the product was. No where in the description did it say that that the tank holder was to be attached in a vertical position only as it clearly stated in the directions that came with the tank holder. Not only did it not say that in the description, but it shows a picture at the top of the website page that clearly shows it mounted in a NOT vertical, but rather about a 45 degree angle. The directions for attaching it to the walker were also poorly written. I'm usually pretty good about putting things together, but I had to stop and think about it for a minute to make sure that I got it right. The directions said to take something apart that clearly weren't together to begin with. Were it not for the fact that I would have had to pay for the return shipping, I would have sent it back."

Only ONE complaint!
"I got what I ordered. Well packaged. Excellent condition. My ONLY complaint was that even though I was given a tracking number, NO WHERE could I find an expected delivery date! Now, maybe I missed it, but I don't think so. But that would be my ONLY complaint. And unfortunately, in the neighborhood that I live in, that's kind of a big deal!"
