"I ordered three items. Received them all, but the Bluetooth speak does not work. (SKU 262756) Will not connect to Bluetooth. Blue LED only flashes 2 times instead of 6 as instructions say. Does not have a red or green LED as instructions say. Does not look like or have same controls as instructions show. Unable to get it to connect with bluetooth phone.
Since writing this review DealExtreme has replied and responded with a refund. To bad I had to make an unfavorable review before they would refund my purchase."

"Ordered 4 cartridges for my HP printer. One of the cartridges was half as large as it should have been. They said to use it anyway, that it was a new design. Yet they charged more for this "large" size cartridge. They had a difficult time even determining what I had. I had to send them a photo of the cartridge. Someone else is full filling the orders and they did not know what I received even by the item numbers.
Poor quality control. Will not go back after that run around."
