"I ordered a backpack that I really needed ~2 weeks ahead of a trip. I updated the address they had on file (as evidenced by the successful billing of my credit card). The order was shipped to my old address. Upon contact, TWO separate Customer Service reps insisted that the new address was never entered for shipping or billing. I used my IT background to explain the system issue they must be having given that the address HAD to of been entered given the success billing my credit card. They insisted that I had entered the wrong address and that their system was incapable of making that error. (I'm a liar.) Further, with FOUR full business days remaining until my items were absolutely needed, they advised that they would NOT expedite an order to ensure customer needs were met. Finally, NO MANAGER AVAILABILITY. (The best they could do is say that they could have a manager call me back "soon" ... best ETA). - I will never use eBags again and strongly discourage anyone else who is considering this vendor."
