"I would absolutely avoid dealing with this dishonest and lying merchant. I ordered a Fujifilm FinePix F800EXR on Sep 17, 2013. Their site never revealed that merchandise was coming from Japan. The order email said: "Please note: Free Shipping Orders take 24-72 hours to be processed and 7-9 business days transit time. Shipping Method (7 to 9 Business Day Ground)". An email On Sep 18 said: "your order will be shipped within 24 - 48 business hours". When I called customer service (was put on hold for over 15 minutes), they kept telling me the merchandize will arrive next week. After a month of waiting I was forced to file for refund from Discover. It took another month to get my money refunded.
PrimoTroni?x is nothing but a bunch of crooks. STAY AWAY!!"

"I discovered this company searching for the lowest Internet price on StreetPilot 2610.
Even though the company had no ratings, I decided to take a chance on them and purchased a StreetPilot 2610 sometime in November 2003. It turned out to be out of stock. When contacted Sally, the owner, on the 800 number, she was very friendly and courteous about explaining how Garmin was so busy adding new buildings to their facilities and that I'll be e-mailed as soon as new stock is in. Well, she stood by her promise and kept me up-to-date. Few days later I got the tracking number thru e-mail, and shortly after that the unit was received in perfect shape.
I'm very pleased with this company whose price beat every one else. Would be buying from them again and have recommended it to my friends."
