"Very dis-satisfied. Placed order and was notified that delivery would take seven to ten days. Waited and waited but received nothing. No communication at all. Finally checked with them and found out a refund was issued the day after I placed the order. They never communicated this to me. I and a customer wasted ten days waiting for a part from ProParts Direct. Still don't know why part was not delivered. Not very professional at all."
