"I purchased a computer case and a 20 pack of dvds for a toal of $40.15. The shipping on the case was about $14, and when I added the 20 pack of dvds it increased the shipping by $1. The dvds shipped but the case was backordered. I was charged $15.18 for shipping on a 20 pack of dvds. I looked at the order today and the case status changed from backordered to cancelled. I then called TigerDirect to get my shipping charges refunded but they said they could only credit back $9 for the shipping on a 16 pound case, but the 20 pack of dvds which weighs one pound costs $6. I told them this was unacceptable and I would never agree to pay $6 shipping on a $5 product that weighs one pound. The tigerdirect employee said there is nothing he can do for me. I have been defrauded by TigerDirect!! TigerDirect didnt even notify me they cancelled my order!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCUMBBAG FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF EVERY CHANCE THEY GET!!!"

"Scum company that doesnt care about their customers. Given an email advertising a inverter for $9.99 w coupon code. Code didnt work and waited 30 mins on hold with customer service. Got through and cust service said email when order was complete for price adjustment. Went to check out and item sold out. Cust service said they will honor the price but wont get anymore in. WTF? so I waited 30 mins on hold to watch the item sell out all because of them and was told too bad. Screw newegg!"

"If it went for the prices this place has they would be out of business. I place an order on 11/30 for 50 ritek g04s. Two days later I get an email saying my CC was declined (which is funny cause I used it on 3 other sites w/o a problem). So after 4 emails with cust service I get nowhere, I decide to call up. On the 2nd try I actually get a person. They put the order thru without question, I get a tracking number and all that fun stuff. 3 days later I check my tracking number to see the status and its stuck at "Billing Information Recieved". So, calling them back, on the 4th try I manage to get someone on the phone who tells me the order is going out today. it goes out the next day. Overall I waited 12 days for a order that should have taken 7 at the very most. if you buy from these people PRAY they dont mess up because their service is HORRID."

"Purchased a Argosy 3.5" external HD case from them, when I got it found out the hard way my HD wont work with the current adapter (current adapter doesnt push out enough AMPS to power the 200 gig HD I put in it). After being ignored by Argosy support, I emailed these guys for a RMA to return the item, instead, they offered to fight with Argosy to get a PROPER AC adapter sent to me at no charge. The cheapest I could find one was $50. These guys rock! Their response time on emails was great, and they are one of the few companies that actually CARE about their customers. If you are planning on purchasing from these people, DO IT! This is a company that WELL deserves the business. I have been shopping online and these guys have given me the BEST customer service so far. Great job guys and keep up the good work. :)"
