"What can one add to all the other reviews except to say me too. With rare exceptions Amazon is invariably the best source for whatever you are looking for that they sell. When the item is sold or fulfilled by Amazon you can be sure that it will be sent quickly and well packaged. If you have Amazon Prime as i do, Amazon service goes from great to unbelievable. i ave ordered items at 5:30 pm and received them the next day at no extra charge. i have used next day service and even the same day local express service with never a problem. There may be on occasion sellers that are cheaper on Ebay or some website that you've never heard of but it usually isn't worth the risk of dealing with an unknown seller. Even when these other sellers actually provide the goods they are often so slow that you've forgotten what you ordered by the time it arrives. Amazon storefront sellers are another matter and i have had mixed experiences buying from them but Amazon always took steps to resolve problems when necessary. Returns couldn't be easier: u can return anything bought from Amazon for any reason within the stated return period (usually 30 days)"

"I have been an Adorama customer since the 1970's. Adorama and B&H have always been the two exceptions to the commonly held belief that New York camera stores engage in sharp business practices. I have found excellent prices and always get good service with fast and secure shipping. On the rare occasions that a return was necessary it was never a problem. The website is well organized and provides lots of information on the products they sell to help make your final purchase decision. Their customer reviews while not as extensive as Amazon's, are more often written by person knowledgeable about professional equipment rather than novices. Adorama's prices on Canon refurbished items are especially good and I have never been able to distinguish the refurbished items from new other than by the packaging. Highly recommended."

"I have ordered several small items from CBS both from their Am-zon storefront and from their Eb-a-y seller acct. The items came well packaged usually using the more reliable UPS rather than slow and unreliable USPS. They sell low cost photo and lighting accessories that are made in China. The items are serviceable but are definitely not luxury goods. The quality of thhe goods they offer is decent and more than acceptable. i have been very pleased with price, quality and shipping speed and packaging. Highly recommended."

"Excellent experience as usual with B&H. Purchased a camcorder accessory. Price was good, shipping was fast and the item arrived safely and well packaged. I have been a B&H mail order customer since before the internet and they have never let me down. I am writing this review because I have too often taken for granted good shopping experiences and I wish to make note of this retailer that always provides excellent service and price"

"Ordered a Sony HDR CX150 camcorder at JR.com during the Black Friday period. The price was 350 for an item that lists for 550. Several other retailers were selling this item at the same price but I orderd from JR based on long record of good experience with them. The item was listed as in-stock. After five days the item still had not shipped, I checked the website and it was listed as back ordered . After another week the item had been taken off the jr.com website as if it was discontinued. It had not been discontinued at other major retailers (BHPhoto Amazon Adorama). After twenty days I called and was urged to speak to a salesman to choose another item as it would not be in stock any time soom. I cancelled the order. Classic bait and switch from the bad old days of New York camera stores. I have ordered tens of thousands of dollars of goods from j and r over the years but I will not even bother to look at their website any more. Sad to see a formerly reliable store go wrong."
