"Dealing with customer service at this company is a lost cause. I have the names of the three customer service representatives that I contacted. I was promised overnight shipping of the item but when I received the fedex shipping information I will not receive this item until 12/29/17. I should have done better research on this company and read the reviews. I always associated Lillian Vernon as a great american company. But as I found out there customer service number is located in the Philippines?? shocker. Please don't buy any product from this company how they stay in business is a mystery. Shipping costs are outrageous. Please research any company online before you purchase I have learned my lesson."
"I cancelled my order it was sent anyway. I contacted customer service and they said it was cancelled to late. I cancelled it at 4:28 am PST and it was not shipped until after 1pm the following day. I was told I could return the items and receive store 150% store credit. I do not want store credit, I did not want the items shipped and I want not to be charged for items I no longer want. All I want is not to be hassled about an order I no longer want. I also tried calling the company several times and I opted to get a call back that did not go well. When I finally received an email saying they still sent the items I tried calling again, I was on hold for 16 minutes and then told no customer service representative could take my call. I will never deal with this company again."
