Great communication.
"I messed up and ordered the wrong item with a similar looking sku. After shipping my RMA, it was received and was processed very quickly for exchange and partial refund. The right item I was interested in at the sale price of that time was shipped. Updates were emailed promptly every step of the way."

"This is my second order with Optics Planet after a couple years. Shipping is nice and quick even for early-mid December. The automated feedback is responsive. All the things you expect from a good online retailer are there. The descriptions on some products can be a bit lacking, however the product codes are listed so you can check with the manufacturer."

"TireRack.com has excellent selection, information, prices, and comparison tools. Their shipping was reasonable. The prices they had on file for my local installer were spot on with the exception of an $8 per tire penalty for outside sourced tires. However this is an issue with my local Firestone Auto Care - not Tire Rack."
