"I shopped all the Pioneer Authorized Internet Dealers and ended up ordering from Doug at Satellite and Sound. He was extremely straight forward about what he had in stock, when it would ship, and what I could expect. He explained every part of the process in detail and I was very confident ordering from him. I received the invoice and tracking information via email as promised. I placed the order mid-day Friday, the order shipped from the warehouse that evening and arrived clear across the country on Monday. The 5060HD was delivered in perfect condition Tuesday afternoon by Seko Worldwide. I couldn't have asked for a better deal or a smoother transaction. HIGHLY recommended!"

"Excellent pricing, friendly customer service, and the item was shipped right away. I called several times to confirm availability and pricing before ordering, and I was treated great every time. I received an email notice when my item was shipped with a tracking number. A+ for sales and service. I have not had the opportunity to deal with their tech support, so I can't provide any feedback there."
