"Overall the experience was very good and positive. The products shipped quickly and arrived before I was expecting them. My only complaint is your prices are much higher than they should be. With that said, your EZ Upgrade wizard saved me a lot of time so in the end I am a satisfied customer. I would return as a customer if your prices were more reasonable, but as it stands I will take 20 minutes and drive to an electronics store."
