Nonstop telephone harassment
"I purchased a pedal from them. Received a non working item. It was a huge pain to return and get a replacement. That was years ago (before covid) . I can't get them to stop calling me. Their advisors (or whatever they are called) call nonstop and are harassing me."

Damaged book - Zero response
"I purchased a book through them. They shipped in the thinnest plastic bag possible. It was ripped open on 4 sides when I received it. I emailed them and included pictures. Never heard back so I followed up- never heard back. Filing a charge back to get a refund."

Terrible shipping
"They shipped my book in the thinnest plastic bag and it tore on 4 sides, exposing the book. Abebooks wanted me to pay return shipping for a refund!"

Product shipped without ANY outer packaging.
"How can any company ship products without some kind of outer packaging? Quill does and trying to talk to their customer service is worthless. Item damaged in shipment and they could care less. I'm done ordering from them."
