Terrible CX Service
"Placed an order and paid for 2 day Fed Ex shipping they broke the order in to 3 parts only one of the 3 parts shipped Fed Ex 2 day. 1 shipped ground and 1 shipped USPS. When I called to ask where my shipment that when I found out I was then told nobody could explain why and I would have to call back at another time when a supervisor was present. Who does business like this. These materials were needed for a install that is why they were ordered 2 day"
