"I had a prepaid reservation today at a garage near a hospital where I had an appointment. When I arrived, the attendant told me the lot was full and I would have to go somewhere else. He said this happens often with reservation apps like spothero.
I pleaded with him, as I just had surgery yesterday, and this was my post surgical evaluation. He allowed me after some discussion.
The point is, many of us prepay for the convenience of parking in a reserved spot. We pay a fee for that privilege.
Spothero needs to do better. At the very least they should warn customers in very clear and obvious terms that their spot is not garunteed."
"I had a book made. The image quality varied from ok too dark. The images were edited and brightened as needed on Shutterfly's website. This was a gift to someone, so I was disappointed with the quality. I complained about it and was offered a free 8x11 of a photo. That doesn't solve my problem. I wouldn't use them again. The price was reasonable, but the quality wasn't great. Addendum: customer service responded to my complaint by telling me I better take the offer for the 8x11 before it expires."
