"I ordered an Gigabyte NVidia 8800gts from Lagoom on Thursday November 8, with the website reporting it had it in stock. First I received an email reporting there was a problem with my billing. Somewhat skeptical of the website to begin with, I called them to find out what was wrong as they had already charged my card. They wanted to let me know they were concerned because my billing and shipping addresses were to different states. Commendable, I thought as they told me it would ship out that night. Later I got a call telling me they were out of stock. They asked if I could wait until monday when they got a new shipment in, which I did. Today, I got a call telling me they got the part in and would upgrade me from UPS Ground to 3 Day Gaurunteed for free! Overall great communication with quick phone answers, timely call backs, and a great price on a video card that has recently both gone up in price and low on quantity. This site did truly surprise me, as I order normally from Newegg and don't expect comparable service from others, but they delivered! I would recommend, but maybe not if you are on a tight time schedule, or perhaps call to check on availability before hand as they will promptly answer!"
