Totally inept
"I wish I read the reviews here before I ordered from them. I paid for two very expensive books and only received one with the wrong ISBN. After 50 hours of dealing with them, I'm no closer to a resolution. They simply do not care and have horrible English skills. Avoid at all cost. Even if you think they have a copy of that rare book you are looking for, trust they do not."

What happened to CI
"I have the same story as the last 10 people who posted here. I ordered a month ago and though they assure me my items are in stock they have not shipped. I emailed and called, to no avail. If you call their customer service line prepare to be on hold for 45 minutes and still have no one answer. If someone does answer they will assure you your items will ship "tomorrow" and tomorrow never comes. I'm not sure what has happened but something is drastically wrong with Cigars International."
