"Placed an order for shoes on May 31. It was shipped that day. After receiving them I returned them a few days later. They were uncomfortable. According to UPS tracking it was delivered June 16 to the Woburn, MA address printed on the shipping label they provided. According to their website a refund should take 2-10 days.
Today is July 2 and still have not been credited. We are now at 17 days. As I am writing this I have been waiting on the phone for 20 minutes. (It's Friday at 12:16 PM- normal work hours I would suspect.) I have also discovered after reading the fine print I will be charged a restocking fee of $8.50. Interestingly FREE shipping and FREE returns are arguably not free."
