"A very easy company to deal with. There was a small mishap on the original order, which they fixed immediately. The replacement part was shipped priority UPS the same day they were notified of the problem.
I've ordered from them several times now, and their products work as advertised. I'll order from them again."

"I placed my order with Newegg at noon CST on Thursday, paying for FedEx overnight, and the order was on my desk when I arrived at work the next day!
After a poor experience at MicroPro just the day before, it was a relief to experience such a wonderful response!

"My order was back ordered with no notification. They were also unable to tell me when my order was going to be available, so I was forced to cancel.
This was an item I needed immediately, and on which I had been willing to pay for overnight FedEx. I'm extremely irritated that their web site did not correctly indicate the status of the item, and that they did not inform me of the change in status of my order. It read simply "It's being processed in the warehouse" with no notice to me that it was on back order."
