"Based on the generally favorable reputation of KEH I ordered a used Nikon item (PB-4 Bellows) which was listed as being 'in stock' on their website. The item was scheduled to arrive about 5 days later. When it didn't, I send their sales department an email to find out what happened.
My email was not answered at all, and I called them subsequently by phone. During the phone conversation I was told that the item was not available. The sales person apologized for the error, but I would have liked it much better if they had actively told me about the problem rather than waiting for me to find out about it."

"I ordered a flash accessory from this company, and they sent me the wrong item. Of course, I called them about it, and they told me that the item I had ordered was not in stock (although it was listed to be in stock on the web), and that they had "sent me the one that seemed to be the closest to the one that was ordered." (!)
After some discussion they agreed to the return of the item they had sent, and to a full refund (including all shipping charges). It took two weeks and four additional emails before they finally sent me a return shipping label. A few days later I indeed got a refund but ... only for the item without the original shipping charges. Very frustrating experience.
At the very least this company is very poorly organized and their customer support is sub-par. I clearly do not recommend doing business with it."

"I had very good experiences with camera product purchases from Cameta. I have ordered items from then on two occasions (the last one was a lens). In both cases, the company had by far the lowest price. The shipment arrived in record time, was very well packed, and in good condition."
