"I ordered a DVD DL Burner and was shipped via Fed-Ex. Well Fed-Ex never delivered the item. I contacted the merchant and explained the situation, they resent my item within 24hrs via USPS and even dealt with the claim with Fed-Ex. I highly recommend this merchant and will be purchasing from them again."
