"I have purchased an eBay item from this store. I asked them the shipping cost, and they sent me an invoice via PayPal, not via eBay. Suppose if you ever purchase something from this store, you are to do that at eBay only, as my story shows that eBay feedback seems to be the only matter they care about. According to the eBay item page and to the invoice they sent, the item is TOKINA 0.22X FISHEYE LENS. Tokina is a well known Japanese optics manufacturer and a reliable trade mark. The item I received from the store had no word about Tokina nor on the lens neither on the box. That was a low quality optics "Digital Concepts" lens, made in China according to the lable on the box. And the box was yellow not blue as Tokina's on the item description page, so that can not be a casual mistake. I have opened a PayPal dispute. It was ignored by the store during more than a week. Then I escalated to a PayPal claim, but it was denied by PayPal according to their buyer complaint policy (PayPal considers the shipment of goods only, not disputes about the attributes or quality of the goods received). Finaly I have left a negative eBay feedback to the store. They replied! They asked me to revise my feedback, just revise and then they definitely refund me $20 for the issue (nearly 1/3 of the price excl. shipping). That would solve the case, and I asked them to refund at first, taking into account that they ignored my PayPal dispute. But in a week they told me they can't pay as far as my PayPal account does not allow to receive money. I have forwarded them an instruction I received from PayPal on a partial issue refund which is always available for the seller... No reply. I have emailed them again, they asked me to resent an instruction, I have resent again... No reply. The messages I received from the store were signed by Carlos, David and Josh. Definitely, I will never deal again with this store."

"I have made more than twenty orders in DX. And I can tell that in my case DX has proved to be absolutely reliable internet shop. Yes, sometimes in Hong Kong there is a Lunar New year holiday, when nobody works at all. And sometimes shipment is delayed for the unevident reasons for the buyer... I suppose it is inevitable when the goods basically are soursed after the buyer has placed the order. But other party of it is the enormous assortment and the low prices, and including delivery to any spot on the globe. The most important, there should be an absolute correctness, as in order performance (that has ordered has received), and in consideration of claims. And here, in my opinion, DX is nearly irreproachable. So, more than twenty orders... Yes, it often not only is cheaper, but also to order from DX is easier, than to search on shops for something special. In my opinion, excellent shop. Right, for those who is able to wait :)"
