bad experience
"they were a good company i was using till i had an issue with them. my credit i bought was sent to me and it vanished again within the next 10min without even making a call. the company said they investigated and that the credit was sent. i have been using the services for sometime and dont understand why i will lie at a $8.99 credit. the sad part was i was in another country when that happened so what if its a life and death matter and needed to use the credit? they disappointed me big time on the handling of that issue. they never refunded me and never gave me a good explanation. they just took my money for nothing."
