"Overall a good experience.
I placed my order and the next day I received an email stating the case was back ordered with no expected ship date. I emailed them per the info provided in the email asking for a refund and was promptly refunded the following day.
While I didn't get what I ordered I can say the experience was as it should be with any e-tailer. Prompt and courteous."
